This term, Art Escape is diving into the mesmerising world of Yayoi Kusama—one of the most influential contemporary artists of our time! Known for her bold polka dots, infinite patterns, and immersive installations, Kusama’s work inspires playfulness, creativity, and self-expression.

Your child will explore Kusama’s signature style while learning a variety of artistic techniques, including canvas painting, pottery design, mixed media, and constructive art.

What’s Included: A 7-week immersive art program inspired by Kusama’s bold and dynamic work. Classes run Thursday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A relaxed, fun environment where students can experiment, explore, and create. All materials included—just bring your imagination!

This Term’s Artistic Journey: Step into Kusama’s world of bold colours, endless dots, and expressive forms!

Each week, students will interpret her unique style while developing foundational art skills:

• Polka Dot Canvas Painting – Learn Kusama’s signature repetition techniques, layering, and bold colour contrasts.

• Patterned Pottery & Sculpture – Create 3D pieces inspired by her iconic pumpkins and abstract forms.

• Mixed Media Madness – Combine paint, collage, and textures to craft one-of-a-kind surreal artworks.

• Interactive Art Installations – Work on collaborative pieces that reflect Kusama’s immersive environments.
